Meet Marcus Jamison
I'm Marcus Jamison. Before starting LedgeTrakr, I spent over a decade working as a controller for companies in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, and restaurants. My job was to oversee accounting departments, build out financial reporting systems, and make sure the numbers were both accurate and useful.
That experience taught me something important. Good accounting isn't just about compliance. It's about having information you can actually use to improve your business. When the books are clean and the reports are clear, you see opportunities you would have missed. You catch problems earlier. You make better decisions.
I also learned that I enjoy fixing problems. Some of my best work has been walking into chaotic situations and bringing order to them. Diagnosing what's broken. Starting with the basics. Simplifying until everything makes sense.
I started LedgeTrakr to bring that same approach to small businesses in Scottsdale and across the Phoenix area. Most business owners don't need a full-time controller, but they deserve the same quality of financial oversight. That's what we provide.
