How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $249. Your rate depends on your monthly expense volume. Specialized services like inventory accounting, job costing, or controller services are priced based on complexity. We'll give you a clear quote after reviewing your situation.
My books are months behind. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up work is one of our core services. We'll assess how far back things go, diagnose what needs fixing, and give you a project quote. Once we're current, we transition into regular monthly bookkeeping.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. We work month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
How do I send you documents?
We use a secure client portal for document sharing. It's straightforward to use and we'll walk you through setup when you come on board.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not required. Most clients work with us entirely remotely. If you prefer face-to-face meetings and you're in the Phoenix area, we can arrange that.
What accounting software do you work with?
We work with QuickBooks Online and Xero. For payroll, we use Gusto. If you're not set up yet, we'll help you get started with the right platform for your business.
What do I need to do each month?
Very little. Connect your bank feeds, upload any receipts or invoices, and we handle the rest. Most clients spend 15 to 20 minutes a month on their end.
Do you handle payroll?
Yes. We offer full-service payroll through Gusto. We handle processing, tax deposits, quarterly filings, and year-end W-2s. We also offer payroll setup and training if you prefer to run it yourself.
Do you file taxes?
We don't file income taxes, but we prepare your books so your CPA has a clean, accurate file at year-end. We do handle sales tax preparation and filing.
How quickly do you respond?
Same day during business hours. If you reach out with a question, you'll hear back before the day ends.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days. If your books need cleanup, we start there. If you're current, we move straight into monthly service.
